To get started, here are a few guidelines to go about the process and to make it easier for all involved.
     1.  Be sure to clip along the lines because when we ship these, we don't want to be paying for dead weight.
     2.  Make piles to separate according to coupon price
     3.  Here is a handy form made up to tally your coupon totals as well as your volunteer hours
     4.  Almost all coupons can be used, however, the following coupons should be avoided: any coupons with an expiration date 
          of more than 6 months, any non-manufacturer coupon (ie, coupons good only at Target, Walgreens, etc.) and coupons for
          milk, eggs, or bread.

We will be collecting coupons at all meetings, so please feel free to bring them then. 

Every July, (Summer) Iowa Games are held in Ames, Iowa.  The event spans approximately 3 weekends, but during the main weekend we will be needing volunteers to help on the lunch crew.  The dates for 2010 are July 15-18.

The lunch crew is responsible for delivering pre-bagged meals, provided by Subway, to events throughout Ames and surrounding areas for lunches and suppers.  Approximately 1000 meals are delivered during each run in about an hour.  A few cars will be provided to us to use, but we will be needing additional cars to be used by our volunteers.  If you are interested, please contact us.
